Unfollowing blogs to be happy and grateful

I have chosen to unfollow certain blogs so as to be grateful for what I have. With the rapid pace of technological development, what one buys will be outdated within weeks to months. Also, looking at other items after purchase can lead to buyer’s remorse.

One blog I loved was Precision Instruments. I followed it for a long time. Then I fell in love with Sinn watches but realized there was no realistic way I could buy one ($1300). So, I bought a Seiko SPORK that looks quite like a Sinn 657 and reduced substantially the time I spent following watch blogs. I’ve been happy with the change.
